As a training venue, we hire the whole facility as one, grass, menage and indoor. So if it is inclement weather when you have booked K9ASE, you have the option for indoors, or floodlit menage – your choice! Don’t miss out on your training just because the weather is misbehaving!
The facilities are booked in 4 hour slots – Monday to Friday. *Hire of the training facilities is available on an hourly basis too, at a cost of £20 per hour.

K9ASE is only available for half or whole day hire at the weekends. Minimum of £80 for ½ day or £150 for the whole day – 9am – 1pm & 1pm - 5pm. Max 20 dogs.
All booking enquiries can be made via the form below or directly at k9ase@icloud.com. Please do not use FB, fb page or messenger to enquire about bookings, as it will get confused and possibly lost. All bookings need to be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. All bookings to be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are non refundable but dates are transferable to other free times with one months notice – (this can only be done once for each booking, further transfers will incur an administration charge of £10).

Please note that a maximum of 20 people are allowed on site for any event. This maximum number includes all competitors, spectators, organisers, helpers and any others attending the event
Only Friday evenings are available as all other weekday evenings are currently reserved on an ongoing basis. If you or your club would like to be on the waiting list for the next available regular or occasional week night please email us and we will keep you informed.

5% discount if paid up in full on booking more than two months before the event – no refund at any time. If paying full price then a deposit of 25% is refundable up to 2 months before the event. Thereafter, non-refundable. All deposits transferrable to an alternative date if 1one month's notice is given.
